What may be deleted
Deleted account data may include profile information, login/account data, customer addresses, wishlist, followed stores, reward balance/history where legally deletable, and push notification tokens.
What may be retained
Some records may be retained where legally required, including orders, invoices, payment records, fraud prevention/security logs, and tax/accounting records.
This page is public and does not automatically delete accounts. It creates a secure request for SoukHub administrators to review.
